    The position is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and attractiveness of the Parking Garage at Falls Avenue Resort.

    Responsibilities

    Main duties include emptying the garbage, sweeping, mopping the Parking Garage and Lobbies, and all public areas. Minor Maintenance duties Painting, Power Washing, etc.

    Qualifications

    • Commitment to quality and hospitality that is demonstrated during all interactions with customers and employees
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills when dealing with customers and employees
    • Excellent and organization and time management skills
    • Ability to work effectively under pressure
    • Actively promotes a safe and healthy workplace
    • Must be flexible to work all shifts
    • Previous cleaning or janitorial experience
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
