    This position is responsible for enthusiastically helping guests redeem prize-winning tickets and pick out their arcade prizes, providing excellent customer satisfaction. The successful candidate should have previous cash and customer service experience.

    Responsibilities

    Interact with guests of all ages and assist them with prize selections, particularly children. Maintain clean work areas. Maintain proper product stock levels. Assist in the merchandising/displaying of prizes.

    Qualifications

    • Demonstrated perpetual cheerfulness and extroversion in order to attract and serve each guest
    • Demonstrate professional reception and telephone manners
    • Ability to work all shifts including days/evenings/weekends and holidays
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills when dealing with guests and employees both internally and externally, particularly children
    • Demonstrate the ability to maintain professional composure at all times, while performing multiple tasks among staff and multiple guests
    • Outstanding attention to detail - both personal grooming and appearance
    • Ensures that attraction policies are maintained at all times
    • Ability to work all shifts including days/evenings/weekends and holidays
