    This position is responsible for performing a variety of activities to provide quality service to guests.

    Responsibilities

    Handle incoming calls for tour and travel group requests and inquiries, sell tour sales to hotel guests, confirm rates with clients and assist Bell Desk with daily functions.

    Qualifications

    • Commitment to quality and hospitality as proven during all interactions with guests
    • Excellent interpersonal, professional presentation and communication skills when dealing with guests and employees
    • Sales ability and professional telephone manners
    • Takes initiative and provides friendly and proactive customer service while supporting their colleagues
    • Previous experience dealing with public and hotel operations
    • Willingness and ability to work weekends and holidays
    • Secondary School Graduation Diploma preferred
