    Reporting to the Spa Director, this position is responsible for ensuring the highest level of guest service is provided to each guest.


    Besides booking appointments, the successful candidate will display a passion for the industry, promoting services and experiences. This position is also responsible for creating a tranquil experience and ensuring our guests expectations are exceeded. Responsible for cleanliness of the spa and managing schedules and confirming appointments as well as data entry and maintaining records.


    • Previous Spa experience and a genuine interest in the industry
    • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
    • Confidence in dealing with the public
    • High energy and outgoing positive attitude
    • Dynamic service driven individual
    • Well-presented and well groomed
    • Demonstrate creativity
    • Ability to work independently as well as within a team setting
    • Superior reception and telephone manners
    • Ability to multi-task and adapt to different situations
    • Ability to perform job task planning and organizing
    • Experience in Milano computer systems is preferred
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
    • Available to work evenings and weekends
