The housekeeping operation is an integral part of the success of the Sheraton on the Falls Hotel. This position is responsible for performing a variety of activities to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the Sheraton on the Falls Hotel by providing secretarial and administrative support to the Director and Assistant Director of Housekeeping.
Handle all phone inquiries from staff and guests. Handle lost and found items. Prepare room attendant work assignment papers and monitoring pending rooms. Complete absenteeism reports and update status reports. Update room inspections on computer. Prepare reports and data for month end. Prepare daily schedules. File, photocopy and fax documents.
