Overview

This key housekeeping position ensures a positive guest experience by Enthusiastically Welcoming/Greeting guests and providing passionate, competent leadership and direction to Room Attendants.

Responsibilities

In addition to Room Attendant duties, the housekeeping lead hand will train new employees, inspect rooms, assign rooms to staff in order to ensure customer service requirements are met. Coordinate rooms with Front Desk, complete maintenance requisitions, call in staff as needed, organize lost and found and assist Executive Housekeeper and Housekeeping Supervisor as required.

  • Demonstrate highly effective conversational/persuasion/influencing skills

  • Must be able to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Previous supervisory experience is preferred
