    This position is responsible for ensuring courteous and quality service to guests.

    Responsibilities

    Operation of waterpark elevator, provide customers with direction and information, ensure the quick and efficient flow of traffic to the waterpark and any other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills when dealing with guests and employees both internally and externally
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to work under pressure
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as cooperatively within a team setting
    • Provide a high standard of customer service
