This position is responsible for enthusiastically attending to guests and customers by completing sales transactions in a professional and efficient manner.


Up selling tokens and attraction passes to guests. Assist in opening and closing of attractions. Accurately process point of sale transactions in a fast-paced environment. Accurately balance cash till, tickets and tokens each shift. Assist in issuing prizes at the redemption counter.


  • Previous customer service experience
  • Prior point of sale and cash handling experience is an asset
  • Outstanding attention to detail - both in personal grooming and appearance, and ensuring that attraction policies are maintained at all times
  • Demonstrated professional reception and telephone manners
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain professional composure at all times, while performing multiple tasks among staff and multiple guests
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Patient with children
  • Ability to work all shifts including days/evenings/weekends and holidays
