Responsibilities include maintaining staff and their scheduling and training. Responsible for recipe creation, raw materials selection and purchasing, quality control/testing/record-keeping/GMP’s. Financial and profitability, equipment and regulatory compliance. Production and equipment planning, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting sanitation. Budgeting and scheduling. Brewing and quality control of products an bottle/can products. The Brewery currently supports 4 main and 4 rotating taps, and is expected to annually produce 2500-5000 hectoliters of craft beer.
