This position assists the Payroll Team by performing accurate, timely and efficient processing verification both before and after payroll is transmitted. The individual will be responsible for multiple business entities on a bi-weekly basis. You will have a critical role working with the department managers of the business to ensure the data collected is accurate.
Maintain the time and attendance which involves auditing, edits, allocations and balancing/exporting hours to the payroll system. Import new hires into time and attendance system. Edit and change employee profiles in time and attendance system. Train and assign users on the time and attendance system. Troubleshoot time clock issues and notifying IT of internal issues. Run various department reports to assist managers. Complete service Canada request forms. Complete other administrative duties as assigned.
