This position is responsible for performing a variety of activities to ensure courteous and quality guest service is provided to customers.
Responsible for the promotion of a safe and professional workplace through adhering to policies and procedures that are outlined in the Falls Avenue Resort Manual and the Attractions Manuals. Demonstrate knowledge and conversational ability to train staff to effortlessly provide exceptional guest experiences. If needed, provide additional training to staff in order to ensure all staff operate at a consistent level of performance. Oversee the daily operation of all areas, attractions, promotions and any other revenue producing venues. Oversee opening and closing of locations. Assist in merchandising functions including arcade display, arcade and attractions inventory, receiving, stocking and physical, ride operations signage and pricing. Manage labour at the direction of the Operations Manager. Oversee and assist sales functions in Micro systems, cash handling and daily reports.
