    This position is responsible for performing a variety of activities to ensure courteous and quality guest service is provided to customers.

    Responsibilities

    Responsible for the promotion of a safe and professional workplace through adhering to policies and procedures that are outlined in the Falls Avenue Resort Manual and the Attractions Manuals. Inspirational personality who can motivate team members to work together and achieve beyond expectations. Demonstrate knowledge and conversational ability to train staff to effortlessly provide exceptional guest experiences. If needed, provide additional training to staff in order to ensure all staff operate at a consistent level of performance. Oversee the daily operation of all areas, attractions, promotions and any other revenue producing venues. Oversee opening and closing of locations. Assist in merchandising functions including arcade display, arcade and attractions inventory, receiving, stocking and physical, ride operations signage and pricing. Manage labour at the direction of the Operations Manager. Oversee and assists sales functions in Micro systems, cash handling and daily reports.

    • Ability to develop and  maintain strong working relationships with all team members and management
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills when dealing with guests and employees
    • Approachable: Establishes immediate credibility with guest and staff-leads all staff by example
    • Ability to work in a team environment with professional demeanor
    • Ability to multi task and prioritize various projects mandatory
    • Good mathematical skills and working knowledge of accounting principles and micros system
    • Committed to comprehensive and in-depth analysis, planning and implementations of every work task
    • Ability to quickly respond to changing work volume; high-energy level/speed
    • Employs persuasion and influence to initiate and / or resolve matters
    • Knowledge of Excel and Word
    • Previous supervisory experience is an asset
