    This position is responsible for the data input of all internet reservations and third party bookings, responding to emails and handling inquiries on Chat.


    Handle incoming requests via email, data entry of reservations booked through our various websites and third party sources. Respond to chat inquiries, answer of our VIP line, handle general inquiries and any other duties as assigned by the Reservations Manager.


    • Outstanding attention to detail pertaining to data entry and all tasks and duties
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills when dealing with customers
    • Verbal, written and listening communication skills
    • Ability to maintain professional composure at all times, while performing multiple tasks
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Recent reservations and/or sales experience preferred
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as cooperatively within a team setting
    • Secondary School Graduation Diploma or the equivalent in education and experience required
    • Must be able to work all shifts including midnights weekends and holidays
