This position is responsible for assisting the Facilities Maintenance team by ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction by consistently exceeding guest expectations, ensuring results are achieved in accordance with objectives, performance and quality standards established by the Company.
This includes: assisting the Facilities Maintenance team, acting as liaison with Hotels, guest complaints, and special requests, coordinating activities with the other Waterpark departments, training and leading Cleaning and Laundry Staff, coaching, motivation, and corrective action of Cleaning and Laundry Staff, enhancing and improving Cleaning and Laundry policies and procedures, Inventory controls, purchasing and procurement; opening and closing of the department, liaising with contractors and suppliers, scheduling of staff and any other duties as assigned.
