This position reports to the Manager of Information Systems.
Daily maintenance of computer systems, printers and point of sale equipment. Repair of all computer related hardware, printers etc., assist Network Administrator in day to day duties. Provide end user support for 200 workstations and 500 users. Create and maintain par stock for pc and P.O.S. parts. Keep current computer and peripheral inventory, up to date. Review, log, prioritize and accomplishing helpdesk requests. Perform daily backup of all main server systems. Format and re-image PC’s from various sources. Ensure all pc hardware and software have latest updates. Project work as assigned by the Manager of Information Systems. Deploy multiple PCs according to refresh cycle.
